Refund Window and Scope
You may request a full refund, no questions asked, within 30 days of your first payment. You do not need to prove a connection issue or explain why you no longer use the service. The refund window is verified against the payment record for your first paid order. We recommend submitting your request through the user panel within that window and keeping the ticket record.
Monthly subscriptions and data packages are billed differently, but the purchase format alone does not invalidate the refund commitment. Specify the relevant order when submitting your request. A renewal, additional data package, or mid-cycle upgrade does not restart the refund window for the first payment. If you have made multiple payments, each order must be checked separately; different orders are not automatically combined.
Eligible Situations and Verification
You may request a refund within the window above if the connection experience did not meet your expectations, your device needs have changed, or you no longer need cross-border access. Routine connection tests and normal data usage are not grounds for requiring you to explain your refund request. This page does not impose an undisclosed usage-based deduction rate.
Requests made after the refund window are not covered by this page’s no-questions-asked full refund commitment. For repeat requests involving the same payment that has already been refunded, or requests that cannot be matched to an actual payment record, the order status must first be verified. They cannot be processed again as new eligible refunds.
If a case involves unusual usage beyond the plan allowance, an account violation, or a transaction dispute, we will review the order and account records alongside the Terms of Service. Such circumstances do not automatically mean a refund will be denied. The reason for the decision should be explained in the ticket; temporary additional usage requirements will not replace the published commitment.
How to Apply and Required Information
Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through the support ticket portal. State that the ticket concerns a refund and include your username, the relevant order number, payment method, payment date, and amount paid. Specify which order you want refunded. You do not need to provide an email address.
If your payment is complete but the order status has not updated, you may provide the part of your payment receipt needed to verify the transaction. Redact information unrelated to this order. Do not submit your account password, payment password, complete keys, or other access credentials. Follow the instructions in the ticket if additional information is needed.
For additional documents or progress questions about the same order, please continue the conversation in the original ticket where possible. Once verification is complete, confirm the refund amount, return method, and the subsequent status of the associated service. An order that has been refunded should no longer be treated as an active paid entitlement.
Payment Returns and Timing
Refunds are generally returned through the original payment method. Order verification, initiating the refund, and the payment provider crediting the funds are separate steps. A ticket response confirming receipt of your request does not mean the funds have arrived. This page does not promise a fixed arrival time; progress depends on payment provider processing and verification of the receiving account record.
After receiving confirmation that a refund has been initiated, check the statement for your original payment method. If the funds are still not shown, provide the order number and current statement status in the original ticket and ask us to verify the return record. If the original payment route cannot be used, confirm an available alternative through the ticket before proceeding. Do not change the recipient without confirmation.
Payment Method Differences and Disputes
This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. For Alipay and WeChat Pay refunds, the original transaction and the relevant provider statement must be checked. If the provider restricts the original payment route, the next steps will depend on the actual response. Refund acceptance does not mean the provider will credit the funds immediately.
USDT transfers are handled differently from Alipay and WeChat Pay, and a transaction cannot be assumed to be automatically reversible. To request a return, the original transaction record, network used, and receiving address must be checked in a ticket before proceeding. This page does not set an assumed exchange rate, network fee, or additional deduction. Any discrepancy requiring review should be explained first; no default deduction will be applied.
If you dispute the refund eligibility, amount, or status, list the relevant order and the issue in a ticket, and keep payment and correspondence records. For the handling of account information, you may also consult the Privacy Policy. The refund window and full refund commitment are limited to the terms expressly stated on this page.
